Community Architect and serial social entrepreneur Radha Agrawal is a curious human. Professional mischief maker, creative director, inventor, early stage investor and experience designer, Radha curates people-focused experiences that run on passion, inspiration, and positivity.
Radha is best known as the Co-Founder and CEO of DAYBREAKER, a morning dance movement and immersive experience. With a growing community of 450,000 young professionals who wake up early to dance, self-express and connect, these events have garnered a dedicated following in 23 cities all over the world.
She spent several years synthesizing her methods and key learnings for creating communities globally into her first book BELONG: Find Your People, Create Community and Live a More Connected Life. She realized that most books share "why" belonging is important but don't show "how" to actually make friends and nurture lasting and meaningful communities in the real world. (Workman, September 2018).
Radha is also the Co-Founder and co-inventor of THINX underwear, a solution for all women with periods. THINX is an internationally recognized, award winning solution for women around the world and replaces tampons and pads with a more environmentally friendly and beautiful underwear product. THINX also supports young girls lacking period solutions in Uganda and India with a 1 for 1 giveback program.
A globe trotting, adventure seeking speaker and DJ, she has been a featured at prestigious events including: Wisdom 2.0, Facebook, TedX Princeton, London Film Festival, Toronto’s Socialite Summit, Wanderlust Festival, Burning Man, Conscious Capitalism Summit and Nike among many others. She was a recipient for the Tribeca Film Festival's "Disruptive Innovation Awards" and was named by MTV as “one of eight women who will change the world”.
Radha’s passion for dance comes from its innate ability to bring people together across all lines while promoting a healthy lifestyle, and she brings boundless energy and creativity to all projects she's a part of.
